Your organization is hereby invited to submit a proposal for the provision of a Multiplex Concept Plan for the Town of Rocky Mountain House (the Municipality), as detailed in this Request for Proposal.
It is the intent of this RFP to award a contract to a Consultant for a comprehensive overall Multiplex building and site concept plan. The plans are to provide Town Council and ratepayers with a clear vision of the concept, phasing plan and estimated costing.

The objectives of the Town is for a Multiplex Concept Plan with Class D costing for a phased implementation on the subject lands containing approximately 54 acres as shown in Schedule A.
