Requirement
The Department of National Defence, 45 Boul Sacre, Gatineau,
Quebec has a requirement for the supply, delivery, and
installation of three plotters (two 61" width and one 104").
This requirement includes the provision of three (3) years
on-site warranty and maintenance services plan, and the
provision of training services.
The plotters are to be supplied with an initial set of all
imaging consumables and software required for full operation of
the systems at installation.
There is an optional requirement to purchase up to three
additional plotters over the next one (1) year for this
requirement. If the original model is not available as it has
reached its End Of Life (EOL) a compatible substitution model
can be offered from the company. However, this new model must
meet the mandatory requirements of this RFP.
Delivery
The equipment and provision of training services must be
provided on or before April 30, 2013.
Security
There is no security requirement associated with this
requirement.
Trade Agreements
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT), Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA),
Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement(CPFTA) and the Canada-Colombia
Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
