National Research Council Canada has a requirement for the item
detailed below for delivery by March 15, 2013 to National
Research Council Canada, Ottawa.
The National Research Council, Flight Research Laboratory
requires a new aircraft tow tractor to safely handle 60,000lb
aircraft in all weather conditions at the Ottawa airport.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
