The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for quantity 4 x TRUCK, TRACTOR, FULL SLEEPER CAB, 6X4, Group 1, Configuration B. The trucks are to be delivered to the following locations:
Canadian Forces Base Comox, BC (qty 1);
Canadian Forces Base Cold Lake, AB (qty 1); and,
Canadian Forces Base Bagotville, QC (qty 2).
This bid solicitation process is open only to suppliers holding a Supply Arrangement (SA) under the Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) E60HP-16TRUK Group 1.

As a requirement of the SA, this notice is published on Buyandsell.gc.ca for a minimum period of fifteen (15) calendar days.
The requested delivery date for the above-mentioned goods is on or before 120 calendar days from contract award.
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
