Citizenship and Immigration Canada's Case Processing Centre in
Sydney, Nova scotia, processes hundreds of thousands of paper
files a year. Once the processing has been completed, the paper
files are archived by microfilming them onsite. The film has to
be processed off-site. They require the services of processing
the 16mm microfilm, and the duplication of 16mm originals on the
contractor's premises with shipment back to CIC Sydney once
completed.
The Standing Offer will be for one year, April 1, 2013 to March
31, 2014, with four 1 (one) year option years.
Pursuant to section 01 of the Standard Instructions 2006 and
2007, Offerors must submit a complete list of names of all
individuals who are currently directors of the Offeror.
Furthermore, as determined by the Special Investigations
Directorate, Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual
named on the list may be requested to complete a Consent to a
Criminal Record Verification form and related documentation.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
There is a security requirement association with this
requirement.
