DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) seeks to enter into a Contract with a single Contractor to:
Supply, deliver, and assemble one (1) Electric End Rider Pallet Truck to the Winnipeg Tax Centre Warehouse located at 66 Stapon Road in Winnipeg Manitoba, R3C 3M2 on or before March 31st, 2017; and
Supply, deliver, and assemble additional Electric End Rider Pallet Trucks on an “as and when requested” basis to CRA facilities located within the City of Winnipeg,
all in accordance with Annex A – Statement of Work.
The period of any resulting contract will be for three (3) years with two (2) additional one (1) year option periods.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY
A bid must comply with the requirements of the solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
The responsive bid with the lowest bid evaluation price will be considered the highest ranked Bidder and will be recommended for award of a contract.

Bids must be received on or before November 28, 2016 at 2:00 pm EST.
The CRA reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
