Description:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Fleet Management in the Northwest Region (NWR), requires a contractor to provide vehicle transport services for non-roadworthy vehicles with the city of Edmonton and the province of Alberta, on an as required basis. The term of the standing offer is for a period of one (1) year, with the irrevocable option to extend the term for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
Security Requirement: The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access with Escort (FA2) as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.
Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price, per requirement, will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
