SFRFP 260041, Humboldt Regional Transportation Planning Study.

Project Description: The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways (Ministry), in cooperation with the City of Humboldt (City), is seeking a qualified Consultant to undertake the Humboldt Regional Transportation Planning Study. The purpose of the study is to produce a high-level plan for a road network that can safely and efficiently handle the traffic that will be generated by regional growth and development. The plan will also ensure that the regional road network can serve the needs of the City and the RM, while integrating efficiently with the provincial highway network.
