FIT-UP CONSTRUCTION - BRIDGEWATER
Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of Human
Resources Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) has a requirement
for a construction contract for office space fit up in
Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. As illustrated and specified on the
attached plans and Specification Job No. R.052379.002.
At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Security Clearance
as indicated in section SC01 of the Supplementary Conditions.
Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid
non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the
Bid.
Construction is expected to be completed within 10 weeks after
award notification.
The construction time of ten (10) weeks is broken down as eight
(8) weeks to perform the work and two (2) weeks for permit
application and approval.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no

This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT).
