This is a notice of proposed procurement.
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the a virtual capacity for the following category(ies):

The objective is to create a new intranet site on the department's SharePoint platform and migrate the content of the current intranet site (Drupal) to the new site before March 31, 2026.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.

- for suppliers who are SA-holders: first, email only the DFO Procurement Officer on the file and request to be invited. If you are not qualified under the stream(s) and category(ies) required in spite of being an SA-holder, you must then contact PSPC's SA Authority for the TBIPS SA to update your supplier profile. Proof of being added must be provided to the DFO Procurement Officer on the file before the invitation request will be considered.
