Title: 3rd Floor Retorfit and Fit-up
Location: Vancouver, B.C., Harry Stevens Building

Work Description:
Work under this contract covers retrofit and fit-up of the
existing 3rd floor west based on the scope of the work
identified in the Specification and Drawings.
Work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not
limited to, the following items covered further in the contract
documents.
1. Minor Demolition
2. New Doors and Hardware
3. Interior Finishes
4. Minor Hazardous Materials Abatement
5. New Walls
6. HVAC
7. Plumbing
8. Power
9. Lighting
10. Data

Delivery Date:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within ten
(10) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the
offer.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
A site visit has been scheduled for 28 August 2014 @ 2:00 PM
PDST. Contractors are to meet on site at 125 - 10th Ave E,
Vancouver, B.C. Contractors are to note that this is not a
mandatory site visit and is optional. However, it is
recommended that contractors visit the site.

Second Site Visit Info:
A second site visit is scheduled for 24 September 2014 @ 10:00
AM PDST. Contractors are to meet on site at 125 - 10th Ave E,
Vancouver, B.C.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between
$500,000.00 to $550,000.00.
