PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Building security work, 2560 Hochelaga Boul., Quebec City,
province of Quebec.
More precisely, the work includes the following :
Civil Engineering:
- Rehabilitation of road works (granular base and paving)
- Rehabilitation of sidewalks and kerbs
- Repairing of surfaces impacted by works
- Gates and other elements linked to parking booths
Electrical Engineering:
- Removal of existing street lights and lighting fixtures
- Removal of an existing parking booth
- Supply, installation and connecting of street lights and
lighting fixtures
- Supply and installation of concrete bases
- Digging and backfilling of trenches
- Connecting of parking booth
- Supply, installation and connecting of intercom systems
- Connecting of detection loops
- Supply, installation and connecting of access control equipment
- Supply and installation of conduits for lighting, intercom,
access control and all other systems specified in technical
specifications and drawings
- Modification of existing electrical distribution to allow for
electrical power supply of new apparatus
- Required programming for access control systems
Architectural works
- Installation of new steel frames and wooden doors
- Installation of new hardware and of door controls on new or
existing doors and frames
- Restoring of existing walls, partitions and ceilings
MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
- The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.
MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
the information. Failure to provide the names within the
time-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive.
Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
mentioned above within a specified time frame. Failure to
provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or
failure to cooperate to the verification process will result in
the bid being declared non-responsive.
PERIOD OF WORK
Construction work must be completed by February15, 2015.
BUDGET
The budget, for this project, is between 200 001 $ and 250 000 $
(Taxes extra)
