Parks Canada Agency requires a Contractor to supply all labour, material and equipment for the site preparation, assembly and installation of ten (10) prefabricated lumber framed tents (oTENTiks) on at Whistler Campground in Jasper National Park, Alberta.
The period of the contract is from August 29, 2013 to October 24, 2013.
There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held on Wednesday August 21st, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Whistler Campground, Jasper, Alberta. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than one day before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders should confirm in their bids that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
For bonding purposes, the estimated cost of this project is approximately $100,000.00.
Closing date for tender submissions is August 28, 2013 at 2:00 pm.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
