Amendment No.001 is being raised to extend the bid closing date.
EC requires a Hydrographic Winch to conduct liminological
research and monitoring and surveillance projects on the Great
Lakes every summer from April to November in support of Water
Science and Technology Directorate (WSTD) programs both for
domestic and international commitments to EC's mandate. A
portion of this research requires the collection of water and
sediment samples for scientific and monitoring purposes.
Delivery of one (1) unit is required on or before March 31, 2015.
There is also the option to purchase one (1) additional unit
during the contract period. The Optional quantity may be
required by March 31, 2016,
It is intended to issue one contract as a result of this
solicitation.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory requirements to be declared responsive.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for award of contract.
