First Aid Kits and Related Products
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The Canada Revenue Agency requires a single Contractor to supply, package, and deliver the following items, on an “as and when requested” basis, to CRA locations across Canada:
1.1 First Aid Kits (Type A & C)
1.2 Individual First Aid Items
All items must meet the requirements and specifications provided in Appendix A – Statement of Work.
The CRA intends to enter into a three (3) year contract with two (2) one-year options with one (1) Contractor.
ARIBA SUPPLIER NETWORK (ASN) MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT
The CRA has adopted the Ariba Spend Management suite (branded internally as Synergy) to expedite its ordering process under any resulting Contract. The successful Bidder must become a member of the ASN prior to Contract award, and maintain membership in the ASN throughout the period of any resulting Contract. All costs associated with this membership must be borne by the Bidder.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY
The evaluation of proposals will be performed in six (6) steps as follows:
Step 1 – Evaluation against Mandatory Criteria
Step 2 – Point-Rated Evaluation (not applicable)
Step 3 – Evaluation of Financial Proposals
Step 4 – Selection
Step 5 – Conditions Precedent to Contract Entry
Step 6 – Contract Award
