Requirement:
This requirement is to procure 27,360 toques to be delivered to Laval, Quebec.
Option 1:
The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority for a minimum of 2,500 toques and up to a maximum of 13,00 toques and will be evidenced through a contract amendment, this option may exercise within 36 months after contract award date.
«As and When Requested»:
Estimated quantity of 12,000 toques may be ordered on an as and when requested within 48 months from the contract award date.

The requirement is detailed at the Annex A.
Delivery - Firm Quantity Year 1:
The delivery of the Year 1 quantity must be completed within 90 calendar days from the date of the written notice of approval of pre-production sample.
Delivery - Firm Quantity Year 2:
The delivery of the Year 2 quantity must be made between August 15th and September 15th, 2020.
Enquiries:
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
