follows:

A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of Eggs and Dairy Products as required by the Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Shilo, Flatlands Dining Hall, in Shilo, Manitoba. The Standing Offer(s) will be in effect for a period of one (1) year approximately May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019.
Up to three (3) Standing Offers could be issued for the product list in Annex B, Basis of Payment.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
