Nature of Requirements:
Ultracentrifuge
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), Guelph Research and Development Centre (GRDC) requires the supply, delivery, installation, training and warranty of one new ultracentrifuge with rotors and accessories.
Delivery Date
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 29, 2019.
Mandatory Technical Criteria
The bidders must comply with all mandatory technical criteria identified in Annex C Mandatory Technical Criteria.
Financial Evaluation
Bidders must submit their financial bid in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment.
The price used in the evaluation will be the total price of all 3 items in Table A, Firm Requirement.
Basis of Selection
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
