The Public Service Commission of Canada requires a contract to engage one (1) Business Consultant - Level 3 and one (1) Business Consultant – Level 2, in order to implement the User Experience (UX) Center of Expertise (CoE), a key deliverable within the PSC’s integrated business plan. This includes the evaluation of the Public Services Commission (PSC) existing UX capabilities, the design, development and implementation of a framework to perform UX research, design, user performance improvement and oversight, and recommendations to inform design decisions related to user experience improvements for the PSC.
