Description of Work:
The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS or the School) requires the services of one (1) Business Consultant to provide business consultation services for the development of strategies to support the delivery of e-learning. The School has launched a new learning platform (GCcampus.ca), to offer a variety of rich, interactive and open learning tools in support of the Government of Canada’s enterprise-wide approach to learning. CSPS must develop a strategy and roadmap for each of the following learning elements:
Learning through Mobile
Personalized Learning
Shared Learning Space (Crowd Sourcing)
Virtual Library
Integration with Social and Collaboration platform
To supplement internal resource capacity and expertise, CSPS requires the services of a Contractor to assist the School to position GCcampus for the next two (2) years. The Contractor will provide a range of business consultation services in support of the research, the analysis and the development of strategies and roadmaps tied to GCcampus.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
