NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
This requirement is only open to the below list of pre-qualified suppliers under the Task and Solutions based Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) (E60ZH-13TSPS/B).
TIER 1: less than $2M
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the services of one (1) Senior Draftsperson/illustrator to support the Quality Engineering Test Establishment (QETE).
Brief description: One of the task that the Senior Draftsperson/Illustrator will be to create 3D CAD (Computer-Aided Designed) solid models and 2D drawings of mechanical elements/assemblies which will be used for further analyses including but not limited to: Mechanical Modeling and Simulation.
The services are required for one (1) year, with options to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1)-year periods under the same conditions.
Number of Contracts: One (1) contract to be awarded.
Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the DND Point of Contact (DND POC), to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT RFP DOCUMENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THE GOVERNMENT ELECTRONIC TENDERING SYSTEM (https://buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders).
