A Contractor is required to perform approximately bi-weekly migration of both agri-food and human data generated by the Canadian Integrated Program for Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance (CIPARS) and similar (e.g. bacteriological, antimicrobial susceptibility) agri-food data from the FoodNet Canada program into SAS®-based tables for DEXA or the equivalent central data repository. The Contractor will also perform refinements to the current dataset structures as well as the development of new dataset structures within DEXA/repository data, including functionality to interface with new or additional program databases/datasets (e.g. CIPARS Farm database, FoodNet Canada MS.Net Human data capture platform) not currently mapped to DEXA. Support for linking CIPARS/FoodNet Canada data in DEXA to interactive data visualization functionality will also be provided.
