1. Description of the Requirement
The Canada School of the Public Service (CSPS or the School) has a requirement for a bilingual (intermediate level) graphic facilitator. The facilitator is required in order to assist with the articulation of insights during integration sessions with executives who are taking part in the Executive Leadership Development Programs (ELDP). The Contractor is expected to have experience in working with executive level participants and in documenting exchanges visually as a means of engaging participants.
The contractor would be required to attend up to 4 half day sessions a year and meet by conference call (up to 2 hours) at least twice before each facilitation session with CSPS Project Authority and/or its representatives to review the agenda and discuss the approach.
This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. The services will be required for a period of one (1) year with the irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one-year periods under the same terms and conditions.
