CMHC is conducting a Request for Expression of Interest to collect information for an Underwriting Analysis Tool. CMHC is seeking a commercial off the shelf solution to replace the legacy application(s) which currently provides property, borrower and market information to the CMHC Multiple Underwriting team for the purpose of assessing insurance premiums for multiple unit properties. The solution will provide the calculation of metrics such as maximum loan amounts, debt coverage ratio and simplify the gathering/consolidation of all internal and external information sources. The consolidation of such information into a common solution would increase efficiencies in assessing insurance premiums for multiple unit properties and provide an effective risk evaluation.
The closing date for submission of questions on this REOI is 2p.m. EDT, on June 12, 2014.
The Expressions of Interest (EOI)s must be received at the exact location as specified in the REOI document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on July 10, 2014.
