The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the provision of laboratory analysis of divers' Compressed Air / Gas for all Canadian Armed Forces diving units, RCN Self Contained Breathing Apparatus and the Submarine Built-in System within the North American continent and/or abroad, on and as and when requested basis.
For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
The requirement is limited to Canadian Services.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
