Nature of Requirements:
National Research Council Canada has a requirement for the supply including installation and training of a Temperature Control Unit (TCU) as part of a liquid fuel conditioning system for our test facilities in the Gas Turbine Lab. The TCU will cool/heat the liquid fuel through a heat exchanger.
The requirement must include all of the following:
- Temperature Control Capacity
- Cooling/Heating Capacity
- Pump Capacity
- Data Communication
- Peripheral Device Accommodation
- Software & Analytics
- Physical & Environmental
2. Delivery
The Temperature Control Unit (TCU) should be delivered on or before April 30,2018 or best delivery date offered by the bidder.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
