University of Alberta - Request for Proposal - RFP 2026-0110 Strategic Facilitation and Independent Review of the University of Alberta Budget Model

The University requires strategic facilitation and an independent review of the organizational Budget Model. As mandated by institutional governance, a formal, independent review of the model is required three (3) years post-implementation (2026). The successful Proponent will provide strategic facilitation and support to the working group in designing the review methodology, while delivering an objective, co-developed analysis of the data gathered by the University.
