This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued on behalf of the Office of the Registrar. The Office of the Registrar is seeking an external consultant to conduct an operational assessment of one (1) of its units, the Undergraduate Admissions Unit. The Admissions Unit is responsible for managing the undergraduate admissions process for domestic and international applicants, in partnership with Faculties. Its responsibilities include evaluating applications, reviewing admissions documentation, responding to admissions inquiries, applying program-specific admission criteria, making admissions decisions under delegated authority from Faculties, and supporting transfer credit-related activities. As the University’s enrolment goals and applicant service expectations evolve, the Admissions Unit’s operational structure, processes, systems, and workflows need to be evaluated to ensure they can support institutional priorities and future growth.
