University of Calgary - Advanced Contract Award Notice / Notice of Proposed Procurement - Campus Card System

The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to award up to a 3-year service contract with an optional 3 x 1 year extension to Transact Campus Inc.
Transact’s software is currently being used as a campus card system that collects and distribution of funds from the Campus Card (Unicard). The Unicard is for the students to use this card for payment for items such as student’s printing requirement and purchasing merchandise from Merchants on campus. The Unicard is also used for meal plans payments for the Residents students. The Transact system also interfaces with multiple systems at the University, these include items listed in the ACAN.
