The University currently has Ribbon Communication equipment as the phone system throughout campus. Ribbon also provides maintenance on all equipment including all preventative maintenance. UCalgary will need to purchase hardware and software for Ribbon products in the future, this includes any Ribbon equipment, any patches and software updates on the existing equipment.
