Project Description
The University of Lethbridge is seeking a qualified construction manager (proponent) to provide pre-construction & comprehensive construction management services for University Hall Structural Rehabilitation.
This work includes services associated with planning, procurement planning, and execution of works related to Phase 1 Structural Remediation which is our immediate priority. [NB1.1]Additionally, the construction manager will participate in strategic planning and pre-construction services related to subsequent structural rehabilitation works. These additional works, and our future priority for University Hall would be a comprehensive renovation of the entire facility named the Destination Project Phase II (DPII).
