This amendment 001 is raised to remove and replace the Purchase Description and Technical Information Questionnaire.
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8476-155283/C dated November 12, 2015 with a closing of December 8, 2015 at 14:00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase two (2) Construction Utility Vehicles of two (2) various configurations and ancillary items, including familiarization instruction/training, in accordance with the Purchase Description for Construction Utility Vehicle, dated February 11, 2016 and as described at Annex A - pricing, to be delivered to CFB Suffield, Alberta and Edmonton, Alberta by May 2016.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority withing fifteen (15) working days of receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
