LIGHT UTILITY VEHICLE
This amendment 005 is raised to modify the General Conditions,
the Request For Proposal closing date and replace the Purchase
Description and the Technical Information Questionnaire.
This Amendment 004 is raised to revise the solicitation closing
date.
This Amendment 003 is raised to revise the solicitation closing
date.
This Amendment 002 is raised to revise the solicitation closing
date.
This Amendment 001 is raised to provide a suppliers question
and the technical authority answer and revise the solicitation
closing date.
Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to
purchase six (6) Light Utility Vehicles and other related items
in accordance with Purchase Description for Light Utility
Multi-Purpose 4 Wheeled, Gasoline Engine Vehicle, ECC 140297
dated November 2012.
An option is included to purchase up to six (6) additional Light
Utility Vehicles and other related items to be exercised within
twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
