DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
Provide professional audit services for External audit services
to audit the maintenance and operating expenditures of the
International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) building. Under
this contract, the auditor shall, for each calendar year
(January 1 to December 31):
Determine whether the maintenance and operating expenses
invoiced to PWGSC by the owner of the ICAO building comply with
the terms and provisions of the lease and any amendments to it;
and verify, through sampling, whether the expenses are
adequately documented through appropriate bookkeeping vouchers
and records.
The work will take place in the Montreal Region.
This requirement is only for holders of a Public Works and
Government Services Canada
(PWGSC) Supply Arrangement that are qualified for Workstreams 5:
External audit services.
Contract term:
The contract term starts on the date of contract award and ends
on March 31, 2016, inclusive.
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY
All mandatory evaluation criteria must be satisfied. The
selection methodology is based on the lowest evaluated price.
