The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and Health Canada (HC) are seeking to issue contracts each with at least one up to a maximum of four qualified Senior Auditor resources, as defined in Annex “A”, Statement of Work. The services to be provided under the Contract will be on an “as and when requested” basis only via Task Authorizations (TA). The period of any resulting contracts will be from the date of contract award to March 31, 2024 inclusive. The resources must be available to work on site within the National Capital Region at 785 Carling Ave., Ottawa, Ontario and off-site at their own facilities.
