This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Work-Stream
Three (3): Information Technology and Systems Audit Services
against Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply
Arrangement (E60ZG-060004/G).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
Information Technology General Controls (ITGC) and systems
Certification and Accreditation (C&A) for SIGMA/BI - Public
Works and Government Services Canada integrated financial,
materiel and project management system and Business Intelligence
reporting and analytics solution.

DURATION OF CONTRACT:
From date of contract to March 31, 2015 with an irrevocable
option granted by the contractor to Canada to extend the term of
the contract(s) by up to two (2) additional periods of one (1)
year under the same terms and conditions.
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY:
A combination of mandatory and point-rated criteria. The basis
of selection is highest combined rating of technical merit (70%)
and price (30%)

SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
Level of information: Protected B
Personnel security level: Secret

CLOSING DATE:
This request for Proposal will close on April 17, 2013 at 2h00
p.m.

COMMENT:
Request For Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly,
from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply
Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this
requirement.
