This RFP is only open to pre-qualified Suppliers under Stream 5: External Audit, of the Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement (E60ZG-140002).
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
Canada seeks to establish one (1) Contract under the PASS SA, Stream 5: External Audit, for Canadian Pari-Mutual Agency (CPMA). The work will be performed in the National Capital Region.
DURATION OF CONTRACT:
From the date of Contract Award to October 31, 2018, with an irrevocable option granted by the Contractor to Canada to extend the Contract Period.
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY:
Combination of Mandatory and Point Rated Technical Criteria, with a minimum pass mark. The basis of selection is Lowest Priced Technically Compliant.
SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
Designated Organization Screening (DOS) required
Personnel Security Clearance (Reliability Status) required.
