Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the provisions of all labour, inspection services and transportation to and from Federal Government housing and apartment units to perform regular vacant unit and cold weather checks on vacant and occupied (vacationing tenants) Federal housing and apartment units.
This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
