The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Force Base (CFB) Kingston, Ration and Quarters Support Services (R&QSS) located in Kingston, Ontario requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of Meat, Fish and Poultry products.
The Standing Offer will be in effect from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018, for 4 3-month periods.
Period of the Standing Offer has been divided into the following four periods:
Period A: 1-January-2018 to 31-March-2018 (closing 14-December-2017)
Period B: 1-April-2018 to 30-June-2018 (closing 8-March-2018)
Period C: 1-July-2018 to 30-September-2018 (closing 12-June-2018)
Period D: 1-October-2018 to 31-December-2018 (closing 11-September-2018)
It is the intention of the Crown to issue one (1) Standing Offer for each Period.
Note: An offer must be submitted for each period as per the schedule in Annex C, Closing date Schedule. Offerors may present offers on any period of their choice.
It is the intention of the Crown to issue one Regional Individual Standing Offer.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
