Title: Deconstruct Administration Building & Management
Services Building
Location: Harrison Mills, B.C.
Work Description:
Work under this contract comprises the Deconstruction of the
Administration Building and the Management Services Building at
Kwikwexwelhp Healing Village, including the careful dismantling
of the structures (as noted on drawings) to maximize reuse of
materials, to conserve resources and reduce watste thereby
diverting landfills. Separate into bins and recycle as many
materials as possible in project.
Site Visit:
Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.
A Site Visit has been scheduled for December 19, 2013 at 9:30 am
local time. Contractors are asked to meet at the PWGSC Site
Office at KWIKWEXWELPH Healing Village,16255 Morris Valley Rd.,
Harrison Mill, BC. For further site visit information, please

Delivery Date:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within six
(6) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the
offer.
Firms intending to submit tenders for this project should obtain
tender (solicitation) documents through the MERX services
provider. Addenda when issued will be available from the MERX
services provider. Firms that elect to base their bid on tender
(solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at
their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the bid
calling authority on their intention to bid. In all cases,
bidders must indicate (when requested) on the tender form the
identification number(s) of the addenda, if any, that they have
taken into consideration for their bid submission.

public in English.
