THIS AMENDMENT NO.001 OF THE NOTICE HAS BEEN RAISED TO CHANGE
THE DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT.

In the Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP)

The Work to be performed is detailed in Annex A - Statement of
Work.

The requirement is for up to 380 hours that the Contracting
Authority may fulfill in part or in its entirety by the awarding
of one (1) contract, up to 380 hours, as follows: up to 190
hours over a one-year initial period and up to 190 hours over a
one-year option period.

Those services are to be provided as and when requested through
Tasks Authorizations (TA), on Mondays AND Fridays* from 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m**.

• As well as on any statutory holiday falling on those days.

** Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Saving Time, as
applicable.

The term "statutory holiday" means the following federal
statutory holidays:
January 1, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Family day,
June 24, Canada Day, the first Monday of August, Labour Day,
Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

The Contractor must provide the services of one interpreter.
