Requirement: The Department of National Defence (DND), 8 Wing
Trenton Ontario has a requirement for the provisions of Rations
and Quarters within fourty-five (45) minutes drive of the
following flight centres:
Durham Flight Centre, Oshawa ON Rations and Quarters required
for 18 Cadets and 3 1190 Keith Ross Crt. Supervising Officers
Brampton Flight Centre, Caledon ON Rations and Quarters
required for 18 Cadets and 3 13691 McLaughlin
Road Supervising Officers
Waterloo Wellington Flight Centre, Breslau ON Rations and
Quarters required for 18 Cadets and 3 4881 Fountain St., Unit
3 Supervising Officers
Diamond Flight Centre, London ON Rations and Quarters required
for 18 Cadets and 3 2530 Blair Blvd. Supervising Officers
Windsor Flying Club, Windsor Rations and Quarters required
for 10 Cadets and 2 Unit 105-2600 Airport Rd. Supervising
Officers
Bidders may submit offers for one (1) or more locations listed
in Annex "B" - Basis of Payment. If Bidder's are bidding on
more than one location, a separate proposal must be submitted
for each.
Services are required during the initial contract term from 29
June, 2012 to 17 August, 2012, with the option to extend the
contract for an additional one (1) year period.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
