This amendment is raised to extend the bid closing date and to
provide questions and answers to potential bidders as follows:

Question 1: In the table on the attached drawing, there are two
columns with "rebound", but no clear information which is for
extension-force and which is for compression-force. Please
provide the exact characteristic required for each.
Answer 1: Column reads compression / extension.
Question 2: The damping forces (damping characteristic) strikes
us, as to be too "slight", maybe there is a mistake in the
location of the decimal point in the number shown? Please
confirm if it is correct as shown, or if there is an error in
the decimal point in the number indicated for the damping
characteristic.
Answer 2: As far as we are concerned the specs on the Drawing
Table are accurate and we have procured this item many times
with no problem.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
