All offer submissions must be submitted by 2025-12-04 by 2:00pm EST. Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number WS5398477083 dated 2025-10-16 with a closing of 2025-11-10 at 2:00 pm. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors for the supply and delivery of Sandbag Filling Machines to the Department of National Defence, CFB Borden. All the deliverables from the Firm Requirement must be received on or before 2026-03-30. All the deliverables from the Optional Requirement must be received within 15 weeks of the Option being exercised.
