The product is required at one location in the Arctic as follows: Item 1 - A firm quantity of 350,000 litres via ship-to-ship delivery into Royal Canadian Navy Ship HMCS Robert Hampton Gray at Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. Anticipated delivery date is September 15, 2025. This procurement is subject to the following CLCA(s): i. Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to* Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. *where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services performed in. LUBRICITY REQUIREMENT: Naval Distillate Fuel must have a wear scar diameter of less than or equal to 460 µm at 60°C. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner.
