The work under this standing offer comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials, equipment and supervision required to perform the servicing, inspection, repairs and installation of HVAC/R equipment controlled by the Delta Direct Digital Controls (DDC) System or the Delta DDC components exclusively. Equipment, including but not limited to refrigeration/ac units, natural gas appliances, air to air energy recovery equipment, heat pumps, hydronic systems, and vav systems for the Department of National Defence at Canadian Forces Base Comox, Lazo, B.C. Sheet Metal, HVAC and Gasfitter Journeymen working under this standing offer must hold a current and valid ticket with a Red Seal, Inter Provincial or BC designation. Comply with federal legal requirements on ongoing basis as a Responsible Person and Certified Person under Federal Halocarbon Regulations Act 2022.
