Roofing Repair work will be considered any installation, inspection, report, repair, maintenance, demolition or replacement of Infrastructure whether carried out by the Contractor’s Employees directly or by a Sub-Contractor in their employ. Services are to be provided on an “as required" basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years.
