This Standing Offer (SO) is intended to be used by The Department of National Defence, 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn, Dundurn, SK. For the supply of all labour, material, equipment, tools and supervision required to provide heavy construction equipment and operators with supervision to various locations throughout Detachment Dundurn.Services are to be provided on an “as required" basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years.There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.
