Th period of the standing offer is from August 1, 2022 to July 31, 2025 with 2 option-year periods. This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the offer will render the offer non-responsive.
