All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on February 22,2022 by 14 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC)-Valcartier Research Centre need to replace their multiple wavelengths nanosecond laser source. This laser source is incorporated into an existing system to measure the atmospheric transmission.
